Inside the app. The upgrade removes the limit in StillViewer on up to 5 of your devices.

Yes, the Still Pass. It removes the limits in every core Still app, including core apps released later. You get it inside any Still app.
Where are my files?
On your own device. StillViewer works on the files where they are and uploads nothing.
